Job Description:
 

Accountable for packers, truck loaders. bulk loaders, cement silo extraction & transporting systems and ensure that all pollution control equipment's are reliable and outputs are streamlined and maintained to meet the budget and timelines.
 

Accountable for preventive maintenance planning. scheduling and execution in all packing section equipment’s.
 

Talent should be responsible for preparing annual budget and its adherence.
 

Ensure that packing section SAP PM PP, IMS and TMS system implementation and adherence
 

Accountable for spares planning and maintaining optimum spares in inventory.
 

To ensure that the Safety and health standards are maintained at the Pecking section for better work environment and compliance with relevant statutory requirements. To maintain the housekeeping standards efficiently.
 

To optimize the trucks turn around time in line with the planned schedules.
 

To reduce the bag bursting' damage vis good maintenance practices
 

To coordinate with the operation & Logistics departments for proper dispatches and effective maintenance scheduling. To ensure the zero break down of the packing plant.
 

Monitoring and maintain the units per ton of cement dispatches by optimizing shift deployment.
 

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to packing plant operations. equipment maintenance, and quality control.
 

Monitor inventor levels and collaborate with procurement team to ensure availability of packaging materials.
 

Collaborate with quality control team to conduct inspections and audits of packed products to ensure compliance with specifications.
