Roles and Responsibilities

 

1. Administrative and infrastructure management of OHC

2. Pre-employment and Periodical Medical examination of all employees.

3. Outpatient services to all employees and their dependents.

4. To attend all the medical emergencies round the clock.

5. Extending medical treatment to the people residing in and around the factory premises.

6. To contact with outside agencies e.g Specialists, Nursing homes for referrals.

7. To inform the outbreaks of seasonal diseases like to the higher authorities to take Preventive measures.

8. To coordinate with the Safety officer regarding safety of the employees in the work place.

9. To communicate with other HODs regarding the fitness of the concerned employees.

10. Management of Medical records and statistics of the Employees.

11. Provide information and advice regarding Side effects, Dosage and proper medicine storage.

To fulfill the statutory and ISO requirements related to OHC


Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent knowledge in Medical and Industrial Health.

Exposure in handling large workforce with Complexity.

Knowledge and application of ISO and other related to OHC
