Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage the Electrical team to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
 

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment (motors, drives, transformers, switchgears, MCCs, VFDs, etc.).
 

Coordinate with instrumentation and automation teams for smooth E & I functioning.
 

Develop maintenance schedules and SOPs for critical equipment.
 

Evaluate and implement modern electrical technologies and upgrades.
 

Ensure availability of spares and inventory for critical electrical components.
 

Lead or assist in major plant shutdowns, upgrades, and project execution.
 

Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, production, instrumentation, etc.) for seamless operations.
 

Education
 

B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical, Diploma in Electrical
