Job description:

 

Ensure the maintenance and calibration of field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.

 

Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and other control systems.

 

Monitor and troubleshoot weigh feeders, gas analyzers, and kiln control loops.

 

Optimize the performance of critical equipment such as kiln, VRM, ball mill, and packing plant automation systems

 

Maintain inventory of critical spare parts for instrumentation systems.

 

Collaborate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of components.

 

Evaluate and negotiate contracts with service providers for maintenance and support.

 

 

Job Specifications:

 

At least 10 years of working experience in related field.

 

Hands-on experience with field instruments

 

Knowledge of vibration monitoring, thermography, and predictive maintenance.

 

Understanding of industrial networking and communication.

 

 

Qualification: 

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
