Job description:

 

Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical sys-tems, including crushers, mills, kilns, conveyors, and pumps.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid breakdowns.

Monitor and optimize the mechanical aspects of cement produc-tion, including raw material grinding, clinker production, and cement milling.

Improve equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Work with production teams to enhance plant performance.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures.

Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs and many more.

 

Job Specifications:

At least 5 years of working experience in related field.

Knowledge of rotary equipment like kilns, ball mills, and vertical roller mills.

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, CMMS, and maintenance software.

Understanding of vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring techniques.

 

Qualification: 

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
