Ensure effective cost management to minimize variable cost and fixed cost as well as maintain financial discipline and plan for benchmarked improvements

 

Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality

 

Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets, including relevant departments accountable to the achievement of budgets Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
