Job Description:

 

1. Should have rich experience in Project & Maintenance of Transformers,LT/HT motors,HT/LT panels, HT Vacuum Circuit Breakers(VCB) & LT Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), SF6 Circuit Breakers, GRR, LRS, 110KV/132KV switchyard, Protection relays, DG Set and Lightings.

 

2. Handling of Cement plant Projects and Maintenance of Electrical equipment's in Cement plant.

 

3. Planning,suggesting & preparing the proposal for improvements jobs.

 

4. Should have knowledge in latest technology in Preventive & predictive maintenance of all Electrical Equipment's in cement plants.

 

5. Should have knowledge and experience in Microprocessor based protection relays in cement plants & 110KV substation equipment's.

 

6. Sufficient knowledge in Line clearance & Work Permit system,Root cause analysis and taking counter measures.

 

7. Preparing schedules,coordinating and monitor to ensure the assigned engineering projects or maintenance activities are completed without time over run and cost overrun. To perform quality control works(Budget,Schedule,Plans,Personal performance)

 

8. To report regularly on Project status/Equipment condition & Maintenance Activities,SAP system to Departments Head.

 

9. Plant Availability,Cost Control,People Management

 

10. Testing,Troubleshooting of HV,LV switch-gears,Transformer and Motors

 

11. Systems: Ensure Implementation of ISO-9001 & WCM System

 

12. Safety and statutory Compliance

 

13. Coordinating with Govt Officicals-(EB,Electrical Inspector, CEIG, KPTCL, GESCOM, KERC, DMS-Mines)
